Rental Rates – 8hrs

• Monday – Thursday: $650

• Friday & Saturday: $800 ( see special )

• Sunday: $700

• $50/hour for additional time after a 6-hour rental

Hourly Rental Options

• $100/hour (for events up to 4 hours max)

Deposit Requirements

$100 deposit secures your date (non-refundable)

• $200 Security Deposit (refundable) — Returned after your event if the venue is left clean and undamaged
